1. Responsible for all maintenance activities of Installation of Duct, Heating, ventilation & Air conditioning and Refrigeration Systems for the whole Palace and all associated buildings & locations.
2. Carryout any breakdown immediately up to the satisfaction of Engineer.
3.Knowledge and hands in experience on operation, maintenance and repair of centralized Air conditioned system, air cooled screw type liquid chillers, Air handling units chilled water system, Packaged units, Split package units, Industrial type split units, Variable refrigerant flow (VRV) units and domestic type units.
4. Reporting to Site Manager
