Must be Mechanical / Mining Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in maintenance of Mining equipment and thorough with various types of Mining Equipments and its sourcing including sourcing of spares for the same from OEM as well from Non-OEM in order to optimize Maintenance down time and costs.
Must possess excellent leadership and communications skills (written and spoken). Must demonstrate analytical and management aptitude and attitude as the position calls for interacting with consultants and senior management team of the company.
Must be update with latest Maintenance practices and technological developments in the field of maintenance of Mining Equipment.
Candidates should be willing to work in a team comprising of members from different cultures and geographies.
