Job Description

The incumbent is responsible to Head Pan India Sales Operations in guiding the Sales Team to achieve the desired revenue and profitability target.
Increase market share and open up new channels for distribution across India.
Drive sales team to implement channel expansion plans leading to achievement of both primary and secondary sales objectives.
Deliver operational excellence in terms of rolling sales forecast, commercial and sales discipline by ensuring timely submission of all reports and returns etc.
Develop and implement sales strategies in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
To have periodic commercial review with CFO for profitability and working capital including debtors.
