1.Physio to earn an assured amount of INR 14,000 (BPT) / INR 16,250 (MPT) against 50 monthly visits completed
2.Once employee completes 50 monthly visits, he will get Rs.260 (BPT) or Rs.300 (MPT) as an incentive for every additional visit. There is no capping on the possible earnings, the only condition is that the customer satisfaction scores should not go down. E,g,
3.Performance will be measured & evaluated quarterly based upon certain KPIs -
a.On time assessment form submission – minimum 80% to be maintained
b.On time arrival at patient’s place - minimum 80% to be achieved
c.Assessment to conversion - minimum 20% to be maintained
d.Clinical quality - minimum 80% to be maintained (evaluation criterion will include goal setting, outcome measures, physi track, documentation in Subjective, Objective Assessment & Plan format)
