Job Description

We are looking for Full time Education Counselor/ Sr. Education Counselor/Team Leader for our office in New bel road , Near Ms Ramaiah Hospital, Bangalore.

The profile includes the following roles & responsibilities:
The candidate shall be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls on the leads generated by the companys website and pitch the companys abroad education course to students and their parents as per their needs
Taking follow up with the potential customers and converting them into sales
Explaining the benefits to the prospects over the chat, email and telepathically.
Responsible for updating CRM with the details of the updates of the calls
Play an important role in meeting the internal targets and goals assigned within the team
