Job Description

Office Secretary
Good spoken, written English communication skills
Knowledge of Shorthand-Stenography will be an advantage.

Should be Well-versed in email, spreadsheet, word processing applications.

Job Involves:
- Arrange conferences, meetings, travel reservations for Senior Staff.-
- Answer important calls, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

- Prepare independent Correspondence /Take dictation in shorthand and prepare, send correspondence letters.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and reports.

- Open, read, route, and distribute routine correspondence, incoming mail and other material, prepare answers to routine letters.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
