On-Line Technical Co-ordinator

• Coordinate with Internal teams and external teams and understand the changes needed on the website and maintain the Upgrades list as per priority
• Coordinate with the tech team to ensure that rollouts / upgrades happen on time
• Test the changes when ready for rollout
• Rollout the changes to relevant teams by email / training sessions
• Update the CMS as per internal / external requirements
• Coordinate with the content team for data needed for updates to the website.
• Reporting & Feedback for various tasks to be maintained
• Use Email Campaign Management tools to sendout Email campaigns
• Assist in rollout of various technology tools within the company (like Cloud Telephony, Customer Support etc.)
