Job Description

->Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Switching, Routing
->Provide technical escalation support to L1 & L2
->Supporting Users for Operating System,
->COTS applications (Outlook, MS office, Autocad…),
->Assist/Undertake User Device Backup
->Physical installations of new hardware,
->providing device specific inventory data and labelling devices, ->Physical additions to / changes of existing equipment
->General Administration & troubleshooting
->Serve as a technical interface with Infra vendor support organizations, tracking issues

Mandatory : iPhone/iPAD Support, VIP Support.
Good communication skills
Experience:3-4 years’ Hands-On experience in Desktop/Laptop, LAN, WAN Support.
Certification (mandatory) : MCP/MCSE/CCNA
