Job Description

->Provide technical escalation support to L1 & L2
->Supporting Users for Operating System,
->COTS applications (Outlook, MS office, Autocad etc)
->Assist/Undertake User Device Backup
->Physical installations of new hardware,
->providing device specific inventory data and labelling devices, ->Physical additions to / changes of existing equipment
->General Administration & troubleshooting
->Serve as a technical interface with Infra vendor support organizations, tracking issues
->Good communication
Experience: 2-3 yrs Hands-On experience in Desktop/Laptop, LAN, WAN Support.

Certification : MCP/MCSE/CCNA (Will be preferred)

Qualification:B.Sc/BE/Diploma in Electronics/Communication
