• Bsc in IT, Computers ,Information systems
• Short term diploma courses in Excel, Word ,PowerPoint, MS Access, Database Management Systems etc. would be an added advantage
• Basic Knowledge of Human Resource Management processes/Interventions
KRA:
• Sending Chally link to the Client
• Status update of completion of Chally Assessment
• Chally Report ordering
• Talent Audit creation of Chally Report
• Quality control and check
• SWOD Report Preparation
• Preparation of DNA report
• Preparation of Talent Dashboard
• Maintenance of ALL Scores Database
• Maintaining F-scale issues(Faking) database of the incumbents
• Coordinating Billing/Annexure with the Accounts Department
• TTI system operation
Compensation:8-10000 per month
