CUSTOMER SERVICE VOICE AND NON VOICE
A CSA/SR.CSR in this role deals with a number of incoming calls/chats, pertaining to the clients business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
Scope
Primarily to manage Inbound, outbound and eMail/NonVoice Contact Center Operations for providing support to Airtel Retail Stores for Prepaid and Postpaid products
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
o Excellent communication skills
o Polite and customer service oriented
o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
o Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
Job Profile :
1) Handling the Service Request.
2) Processing the Customers Payment.
3) Designing the Customer Bills.
