Opening for HR Recruiter in IT/ BPO PROCESS
1. Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
2. Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
3. Scheduling interviewing from HR perspective, compensation negotiation including conditional closures.
4. Search Databases, shortlist, screen through calls.
5. Coordinate for further levels of interview process till the candidate joins the company.
Telecom with candidates.
6. Lining up interviews.
7. Learning techniques of Head hunting and Networking and mapping.
8. Mass mailing (Client and candidates).
9. Research/Data Collection.
10. Resume formatting.
11 . only feamle candidates apply.
12. Job positing on portals/social media/ jobsite/blogs.
13. good communication skill.
