Job Description

• Handling & maintaining the Front office.
• Service Issues: Handling all kinds of service & repair issues of all Employees related to mobile, Office boys, office maintenance and issues of fixed assets, courier, Landline phones, stationery, and cleanliness.
• Billing & Documentation: processing the monthly vendor bills of Company paid mobile connection, pantry & housekeeping material, courier & all other such bills related to admin dept.
• Material Procurement: Purchase & procurement of stationery, housekeeping & pantry material, issuance of new mobile connection to new joinees.
• Vendor Management: Managing the existing vendors
• Managing the Housekeeping, pantry.
• Secretarial support to all HOD’s & Directors.
• Arrange all the Birthday Parties, Events & Celebrations.
• Ensuring proper cleanliness of the office area.
• Providing Stationery to New Joinees
