Salary Package : 2.20 to 3.5 lac p.a + incentives, medical benefits and other variables
Job Profile:
1) No Direct Sales
2) Has to recruit team of 5-10 financial consultants from own references.
2) Has to train them for market & sell life insurance products of HDFC Life Insurance Company,
3) Consultants/Team will get paid on commission basis on the business done by them.
4) Candidate have to monitor the team of advisors and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/annual business in a year with his entire team.
