Job Description

Requirement for the profile mentioned below :

Service Desk - Level 1 Technical Service desk profile requires excellent customer handling and technical troubleshooting skills. Your core job function involves answering customer queries via – telephone, email and chats, collecting client information, resolving technical issues and creating interaction records in a call management system. The role involves you to interact with clients, delivery managers, immediate managers and other team members to ensure a timely resolution and high level of customer satisfaction.

Its a US Shift with any two days off .

Any graduate fresher / undergraduate with minimum 1 year of technical voice support are suitable to apply .

Salary up to 3 Lac p.a

With night shift allowance and incentives .
