Job Description

1)Manage daily operations pertaining to the business
2) Manage all the activities related to picking up, packing and delivery of customers orders.
3) Needs to manage inventory and update stock report on daily basis.
4) Prepare bank transfer invoices/statements and commercial invoices for our logistic partners
5) Monitor customer service emails and respond in a timely manner
6) Customer follow-ups and maintain accurate MIS on customer satisfaction.
7) Data management and handling reporting
8) Manage customer basic issues
9) Maintaining Inventory
10) Communicating with Logistics partners and arranging shipments
11) Supervising product packaging/shipping
12) Maintaining ledger of inbound and outbound inventory
13) Coordinating with E-commerce portal shipment partners
