Operation Manager (Power Plant)

Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience of more than 20 years, out of which at least 2 years as a head of O&M Team of a Power Plant / Control Room Operation of capacity not less than 200MW. Up to date with modern Operation and Efficiency Improvement Programs. Personal exposure to trouble-shoot, planned and unplanned shut-down and root causes of problems, remedial measures. Excellent knowledge of operation, performance engineering and control is essential.

Should be excellent in communication skills in English both spoken and written. He should be an able team leader, capable of managing his team apart from assisting and coordinating with existing O&M Team of Customer.

Candidates from NTPC, retired as well (provided in good health), good Private Power Generating Companies and State Electricity Boards will be preferred.
