Job Description

1. Manpower allocation – Manage leaves, allocate manpower as per production to be done.
2. Maintain or bring down staffing levels/Costs.
3. Ensure all staff have a good understanding of their job.
4. Minimise wastage and bring pilferage down to zero.
5. Overlook staff scheduling so maximum production without waste of time.
6. Keep management informed about potential resignations and threats.
1. Maintain highest quality product to distinguish us from competition.
2. Ensure FIFO of finished goods
3. Track complaints and ensure staff are conveyed each complaint through a systematic process.
4. Standardise and maintain recipes for all products.
1. Ensure deliveries are done in a timely and reach the destination in right quality.
2. Overlook all dispatch and returns. Ensure same is billed/logged and reported.
