Job Description

Qualification: Min. Graduation.

-Duties of the Job
Understanding business needs and develop objectives for the call centers and MIS team day-to-day activities.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
Collect and analyze call-center statistics (call per agent, customer service metrics etc.)
Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.

-Who May Apply
Proven experience as Operation Manager or similar position
Experience of 6 to 12 years in customer service is required
Knowledge of procedures.
