Operations Manager

The Team

The Operations team is single handedly responsible to deliver a delightful experience to
the customer. The team drives logistics, customer service and store management.

As Lead you are responsible
for all aspects of Operations that lead to consumer delight. You report directly to the founders and
are part of the company's executive team.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Create, implement and optimize logistics, customer support and store management processes to build a great customer experience
•Negotiate and manage third party vendors such as packaging partners, delivery partners and support partners among others, involved in multiple stages of the purchase and fulfillment journey
•Use data to identify opportunities to improve customer and merchant delight
