For More Details & Job Description :
1. Over all Treasury function for Fund mobilisation by way of Working capital loans, term loans, debentures & securitization to meet the lending program of the company.
2. Maintaining the Targeted cost of funds of company through proper monitoring of funds, channelizing resources, securitization and Commercial Paper programmes.
3. Dealing with RBI for various compliances related to NBFCs and Credit Rating Agencies for rating of Securitization deals, Basel II norms, Long term/Short term NCDs and Commercial paper programmes.
