PCB Design Engineer

ob Function:

Responsible for PCB design layout for new FPGA and microprocessor based multilayer designs
Coordinate board planning, layout, post processing
Create component footprints based on datasheets
Participate in hardware design meetings and provide inputs/feedback

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skill set

Expertise in at least one PCB Cad Software (Altium,Allegro or Pads etc..)
Vision for "Design for manufacturing" methodology
Good understanding of Electronic Circuits
Ability to understand data sheets and create component footprints
Ability to evaluate and select optimal component packages
Strong ability to anticipate possible problems and fix them before the design is rolled out for manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to plan and design multilayer boards with high pin count BGA devices
Demonstrated ability to do highspeed design
Good knowledge in EMC fundamentals
