Packaging Engineer - Chennai - Permanent Role

Job Summary: Packaging Design Engineer at BD-IDC would mean collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop/ improve/ support new product development and sustaining engineering of medical device packaging. This associate will be responsible for designing & developing new medical device packaging, for all current and anticipated products.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in packaging design & development.
Core Skills:
? Highly proficient in design & development of all levels of packaging with due consideration to safety, subsequent processing, environment & shipment logistics.
? Expertise in engineering basics and hands-on with computing skills (design calculations).
? Ability to break down complex problems & apply statistical methods to problem solving.
? Hands-on with creation of 3D models, 2D drawings and statistical analysis
