• Learning chocolate tempering and ganache recipes
• Proper packing, storing and quality control of finished products
• Staying in touch with vendors, suppliers and distributers
• Providing all communications and service to customers
• Getting involved in online and offline marketing
• Updating website with new products and inventory count
• Learning logistics procedures and documentation
• Ensuring the workshop is organized with proper protocol end of the day
• Attending conferences and meetings as required
