1) Handling Haematology, Biochemistry , Clinical Pathology/ Serology & Histopathology, Microbiology
2) Planning & implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality
3) Control & proficiency tests with Laboratory Manager
4) Complaint handling & reducing complaints
5) Optimum Utilization of staff & equipment
6) Ensure results are reported within turnaround time through Sectional
7) Heads & review their performance in light of this.
8) Responsible for the management & documentation of clerical, analytical, pre-analytical error.
9) NABL Authorized.
10) Responsible for the designated departments test authorizations
11) Ensure good clinical practices/ quality assurance and quality control effectively
12) Provide training to team on good laboratory practices
13) Manage manpower at laboratory with excellent leadership
14) Assure that the results reported are accurate
