Job Description for Telesales Agent:
• Generating and qualifying leads from Database/Fresh/Cold Leads
• Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
• Conducting Presales presentations through the phone/Email/Screen Sharing.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
• Creating and updating activity reports
• Submitting Daily Report to immediate Reporting Officer

Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Creative thinking skills.
3. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
4. Good sales ability.
5. Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
6. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
7. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
