Job Description


Ø Male / Female
Ø Age Limit – Below 35 Years
Ø Previous experience in American Casual Dining or Reputed Hotel / Restaurants
Ø Lifts and carries up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer.
Ø Frequent bending and stooping.
Ø Stands 100% of shift.
Ø Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
Ø Uses sharp knives and utensils.
Ø May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.
Ø Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5 lbs of weight.
Ø Able to read recipes.
Ø Able to communicate with manager and team members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
Ø Work a variable and flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
Ø Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
