Should posses 15+ years exp in Oil and Gas Offshore platforms in Operation and Maintenance. Should be well versed with various standards and be able to work in long shifts and with various vendors. Vendor management and client management skills are a must. Should be able to identify and troubleshoot various issues related to commissioning and pre commissioning activities for Oil and Gas offshore platforms.
