Mandatory:
- Strong understanding of Control plane and data networking concepts .
- Working experience on Layer 2/Layer 3 Protocols, Forwarding Information Base (RIB/FIB) modules would be desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Layer-2 Bridging protocols – STP/MSTP/RSTP, 802.1p/q/v, 802.3ad, 802.1x, IGMP
- Advanced knowledge of Layer-3 Routing protocols – TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP4, PIM, PIM-SM/SSM
- In-depth understanding of VxWorks and Linux operating systems and embedded software development
- Expert programming knowledge in C/C++
- Ability to be productive in flexible and dynamic work environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in trouble shooting memory leaks, performance bottlenecks
