POSITION – PROCESS CONSULTANT
LOCATION – Chennai
PROFILE DESCRIPTION
ITIL Process Due diligence/As-Is analysis
Service transition & Organizational Change Management
Process design, planning, roll out and implementation
ITSM Tool analysis, mapping & implementation (Preferably on CA Service Desk/ BMC etc)
ITIL Transformation Program, Project & Process governance
Execute SIPs (Service Improvement Plans)
Business & IT Process assessment, gap analysis, maturity mapping & improvements
Process & Tools Coach/Trainer
10+ years of experience with at least 4-5 Implementation in his/her career.
