- This position shall be responsible for transaction processing, creation of requisitions, processing of requisitions, generation of Purchase Orders and change orders.
- This position shall also be responsible for both phone and email support of Procurement queries.
- The incumbent may be required to handle research of historic spend and review of contracts for creation of Internal Catalogs.
- The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be controls conscious.
- The incumbent will be required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives, be flexible and change ready in a dynamic work environment.
-The incumbent shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with business partner.
ARIBA/ SAP/ Oracle i.e. Ariba processing Ariba Buyer or Ariba P2P good system skills viz. MS Office and main frame system. excellent comm and analytical skills B.Com/BBA
