Job Description

4-8 years IT experience in Windows/Database/Telephony Environment.
Required Incident and Problem management Skills .

4 years of customer contact center or service experience that supports implementation, and troubleshooting of software applications and related technology infrastructure, or equivalent.
Preferred experience in NICE / Avaya/Verint call logger / Recorder voice & Screen Logger(video recording), call recorder (ACR) .
Experience in VOIP related protocols and technologies like SIP, SDP, NATing, RTP/SRTP, B2BUA

Experience with networking protocols like IPv6, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, TLS/SSL, HTTP(S), LDAP(S) is a plus.
debugging/Troubleshooting of VOIP.
