4. Knowledge of Manufacturing Standards, (ISO:13485)

6. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
7. Excellent Communication Skills
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
9. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
10. Be/Btech, Diploma in Mechanical field is preferred
11. Supervisory Skills, Workers/Man Management skills, Production & Process Monitoring, Yield
12. Maximize Efficiency, Production Execution, Production Target Meet, Breakdown Reduction
