Job Description

Responsible for complete quality related activities in the plant.
Physical, Chemical & Microbiological testing of the RM,PM & FG.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO.
Develop SOPs for compliance with appropriate regulations.
Communicate potential compliance issues or problems.
Can handle manpower & push them for better performances.

Skills & Competencies:

Experience in Lab and exposure of handling food / beverage products.
Self Motivated
Knowledge of Food Laws & Compliance
Knowledge of Food Micro, Food Chemistry
Thorough knowledge of working with MS Office

Education :

B.Sc/ M.Sc (Microbiologist), B.Tech (Food Technologist) Male / Female

Additional requirements :

Experience : 2 - 3 Years
Should be fluent in English and Hindi
High levels of initiative & energy
Good communication skills and control on language is must.
