Position calls for managing a team of well experienced and qualified Power Plant Professionals assigned with a job of performance improvement especially PLF and Availability Factors of a 4000MW Coal Fired Power Station outside India over a period of 6 months to 24 Months.
The Project Manager shall be responsible together with the team to achieve a reasonable improvement in the performance within first 6 months, demonstrate and sustain these improvements and the increased performance level shall become new benchmark for further improvements for another 6 months and so on.
The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with experience of more than 25 years, out of which 5 years as head of O&M team of coal fired power plant not less than 200MW of capacity. Knowledge of pre-commissioning, troubleshoot and testing will be an added advantage.
