Job description:
1.To lead the entire project team involved in MEP & HVAC services
2. Project program Start from BOQ
3. Prepare coordination drawing for all the infrastructural services - MEP/HVAC/ACP structuring
5. Obtain quotation from vendors for all macineries/equipments related to MEP/HVAC
6. Making comparative study of the quotations
7. Preparing purchase order
8. Commissioning & installing as per drawings
9. Attend client bidding
10. Preparing cost effective budget
11. Coordinate between the team of MEP engineers
12. Coordinate with client/vendors
13. Should have the leadership skill to get the job don within stipulated time
14. Creating work environment in the site
15. Guide the team in case of difficulties in commissioning
16. Operation and maintenance
17. Should have contacts of labour vendors
18. Knows about the market of MEP products
