Purchase Manager

Responsibility and accountability but not limited to :
1. Deep knowledge of sheet metal, Fabrication, Casting & machining of parts, Tooling & dies and other commodities.
2. Should have the knowledge of MHR based (Zero based) costing of parts and products.
3. Raw material sourcing like Carbon steel, stainless, aluminium etc – Domestic and Imports.
4. Knowledge of spend analysis is must.
5. Vendor development in accordance with TS 16949 . Get PPAP developed for all major/critical developments.
6. Capable of Reducing cost as per yearly target set for the position.
7. Knowledge of industrial automation parts sourcing – domestic and imports (Siemens & delta).
8. Coordinate with various manufacturing units to understand the purchase/procurement requirements and building an efficient supply chain for the same.
9. Coordinate with unit’s SCM representatives for supply chain issues.
