QA Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be the hands-on leader of a medium team of manual and automation testers working across Java backend, web Front end and Mobile systems.
2. Lay down procedure and documentation
3. Writing test cases, executing them, bug reporting and filtering
4. Client and cross-functional interaction for understanding business and functional requirements.
5. Verification and validation of client requirements, scheduling, and identifying tools required for effective testing, handling dead-lines.
6. Assist in creating strategies & developing as well as implementing test plans.

Required skills :

1. Familiar with SDLC and STLC.
2. Black Box Testing including Smoke Testing, Ad-hoc testing, BVT runs, Regression testing, Functional testing
