Job Description

- QC Engineer required with Existing Job in QC of fabrication of Process equipments,
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engg
- Responsible for all QA/QC Activities (includes Test Lab, NDT, Incoming-process-final Inspection, Internal & External Audit, Vendor Approval, Preparation of Quality Manual, Work Instructions, Formats, Inspection & Test Plan, Audit Schedules etc
- Knowledge of design codes such as ASME Sec.VIII Div.1, TEMA, API 650/620, ASTM, API, ISO ETC
- Maintenance of required production and Inspection Test & safety records
- Ensure tracking of inspection, testing and related verification and linking with work order number / lot number etc. of product throughout in warding, production, packing & dispatch stages
- Ensure good housekeeping & Running GMP / GHP initiatives in the shop floor
- Delegation of work to operators assigned with inspection, work alloca
