Job Description

• Auditing a given number of calls on a daily basis.
• Collate daily and weekly reports.
• Should have excellent communication in English, Call Monitoring.
• Conducting internal calibrations whenever required
• Should be good in generating Quality Reports, Auditing Calls, capable of giving effective feedback.
• Responsible for the callquality, provide an exceptional support to the team members.
• Responsible for ensuring the best quality calls from the team members.
• Developing and administering employee-training programs, supervision including coaching and counselling, up training, continually assessing program
• Maintaining Training related reports (MIS)
• Developing and delivering other operational training sessions whenever required
• Responsible for identifying gaps between the training and production requirements
• Coaching and feedback for the average performers
