The Laboratory Manager is considered as the bridge serving between the Management, Staff and Clients. All activities on behalf of the company is expected to be conducted only in concurrence with the approval and monitoring of the Laboratory Manager. The additional responsibility of establishing, monitoring, reviewing, correcting and improving the quality, financial and productivity aspects lie on the shoulder of the Laboratory Manager.
The following as the various duties that shall be assigned to the Laboratory Manager:
1.Determine staffing requirements as per the management policy.
2.Train new staff to develop their skills in terms of technical and personal aspects.
3.Supervise all direct reporting staff according to overall company policy.
4.Support Management to develop plans, policies and strategies based on the varying targets and goals set from time to time.
