Hi,

We are a FinTech Startup, led by an experienced team of IIT/IIM graduates and other top engineering and finance talent. We are looking out for a candidate for an Office Administrator cum Executive Assistant profile.

Job responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day office administrative activities
• Playing role of HR Manager during recruitment drives
• Managing client on-boarding and client relationships
• Playing role of Executive Assistant to CEO in managing calendar and fixing appointments with clients and service providers
• Receiving and making calls, greeting visitors and writing emails

Essential Skills:
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Good knowledge about seeking information on internet, checking and responding emails
• Working proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point

Female Candidates would be preferred.
