Job Description

Role:

• Resolving business issues (Service desk / PLM Support group)
• Creating and executing TCL scripts based on request
• Support knowledge growth within the organization
• Suggesting issues to be resolved on priority, for Enovia releases
• Identify and gather business requirements to develop new or enhance
• existing service and/or system functionality
• Identify and document existing issues related to data, information and system
• Identify and document the impact and effort of requirement
• Share knowledge within team and to end users
• Suggest best possible solution, with reasonable figures

Your Profile:

• B.E./B.TECH/BS or M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA in Computers or Mechanical as specialization.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Enovia.
