Job Description

Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and the general public.
Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Respond to client/customer inquiries.
Perform clerical duties such as develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Record keeping of all inward/outward post/documents/couriers.
Manages confidential information and materials with discretion at all times.
Performing general administrative duties, such as maintaining the lobby or reception area, visitor management, supervising office staff, intern management and all other allied tasks related to this position.
