Responsibilities
-Conducting searches on job portals and social networking sites as per the mandate
-Sourcing the best talent by contacting candidates and explaining the specifics of the job to them
-Ascertaining candidate interest levels and taking preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability ,short listing them based on given parameters.
-Arranging interviews, follow ups, negotiating salary & hand holding candidates till joining
-lead generation ,New client acquisition, Cold calling , Client meeting

Salary Details :
Monthly Salary + Target based Incentives + Fixed yearly bonus
