• S/He will be responsible to Handle the recruitment of Sales and commercial position at the respective branches.
• Will be responsible to handle the End-to-End life cycle of employees at the zone.
• Will be responsible for conducting Induction and plan the routine with respective line managers.
• Will be responsible for campus hiring Program: as per the Budget Plan.
• Will play a vital role in Employee confirmation , employee round Table Conference , employee Engagement activities in alignment with the corporate HR.
• Will be responsible for Performance management systems – conducting Mid –year and annual appraisal of All zonal employees in co-ordination with corporate.
• Will be responsible to manage the Third party Vendors, for contractual employees.
• Will be having more responsibilities
