Responsible for increasing Market Share in the Maharashtra Region
- Drive Designer Element's new brand philosophies and standards throughout the region.
- Coordinate local efforts with corporate merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Develop a marketing strategy with regional operations teams and sales teams for new business and rebid presentations.
- Create and manage relationships with Operations, Communication leaders.
- Ensure that the Regional/Corporate goals are achieved within an established budget.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends.
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them.
- Should be willing to travel
