Regional Safety Officer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing EHS norms(Environment, Health and Safety) for the entire region
Responsible for managing at least 4-5 Production facilities in the allocated region
Creating awareness about Safety aspects in day-to-day operations; developing a culture of Safety at all levels.
Conducting regular Safety Audits for the plants and ensuring all the required safety measures are implemented in the assigned region.
Setting up Safety related policies and processes in the allocated region.
Conducting regular Safety trainings for the employees working in the production facilities

Desired Qualification and Skills:
B.Tech/BE graduate with diploma in Industrial Safety
3-6 years of relevant experience in handling EHS norms for a Agrochemicals/Chemicals manufacturing organization
Should have experience in handling large workforce (on the shop floor)
