Job Description


The position of Head of Sales (Region) reports directly into the National Head of Sales. The incumbent will be responsible to work closely and in complete confidence with the National Head of Sales and also work across Operations teams to deliver Sales results.


Develop, own and drive for Sales targets assigned by the National Head of Sales Develop, foster and grow relationships with clients to grow a network of clients Takes ownership of Sales responsibilities for Region and Sector assigned
Gather business requirements and needs of clients
Own the RFP/RFI/RFQ and Bid management process for their own clients
Keep 'ears-on-the-ground ' and to be aware of developments, issues and competition at
Client site
Keeps abreast of industry/sector updates especially to do with competition De-escalate internal and client facing issues
