Job Description

Leads, manages and provides vision and direction for the Sales/Branch Management and account managers in the assigned region so successful levels of sales, profitability, and inventories are attained. Leads, advises, and actively participates in the market planning, strategizing, implementation and management relating to sales planning, customer segmentation, customer satisfaction, marketing and promoting current and proposed products and services for specific product lines. Implements annual sales plans and establishes long-term goals and direction with the Sales/Branch Managers and account managers in the assigned markets. Prepares and implements short-term objectives and action plans to support branch/region/company strategies, sales forecasting, proposal coordination, key customer strategy planning, presentations, financial projections, cross market strategies, and other measurement
